PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

·        The role of the Personnel Management team is to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time.  Training is also key element of the role;  staff need to be brought up to speed with new methods,  operations and regulations.  YOU have to find a balance between the commercial and individual needs of the store and its people.  This demands personal empathy together with strong business awareness and the ability to make tough decisions.

·        As the Personnel Manager staff will look to you for help and you must be able to assess people and direct them to get the most out of them as an asset to the company.
